Upcoming Road Closure on West Lisburn Road

Beginning July 19th, a portion of West Lisburn Road at the intersection of Grantham Road will be closed for approximately two (2) months as construction of a new roundabout takes place.  The roundabout construction is part of a new multi-family residential development, known as Oakwood Hills, and it will allow for continued traffic flow between Oakwood Hills Drive, Grantham Road (Messiah College entrance), and West Lisburn Road.  Detour signs will be erected prior to the start of construction.   West Lisburn traffic will be detoured at Market Street, US Route 15, and Mill Road.  The detour will route West Lisburn Road westbound traffic north on South Market Street to US Route 15 south. to the Lisburn Road exit.  The detour will route West Lisburn Road eastbound traffic north on US Route 15 ...

East Winding Hill Road Closure Beginning on or about July 30, 2018

There will be construction replacing approximately 860 feet of sewer pipe on East Winding Hill Road, between 126 E. Winding Hill Road and 208 E. Winding Hill Road. The work is necessary due to numerous defects within existing pipe. The work will require a prolonged road closure beginning on or about July 30, 2018.  Through traffic will not be able to use the portion of East Winding Hill Road, where the project will occur.  See map below for specific location of road closure.
