Autumn Chase PRD - Rezoning Request
- Project Description: Rezone a portion of land within the Autumn Chase development from Low-Density Residential (R-1) to Medium-Density Residential (R-2) and apply the Planned Residential Development (PRD) Overlay to the rezoned land area. This would allow for the entire Autumn Chase development, if approved, to be within the PRD Overlay District. The portion of land proposed to be rezoned would be 14.8 acres. Applicant would also develop the land with an additional 22 single-family detached homes within the Autumn Chase development.

Revised Plan for ModWash
- Project Modification Update: Alter the drive aisle width between the two vacuum parking areas from 24 feet to 28.8 feet (with a taper to 27.3 feet), increase one side of the vacuum parking spaces from 19 feet in length to 20 feet, decrease the stacking lanes from 33 feet to 31.5 feet and decrease the curb area between the stacking lanes and the vacuum area from 4 feet to 1.5 feet. The sidewalk width and distance between the vacuum area and the car wash conveyor building will decrease by one foot. The revised plan also includes a 6 foot high, 58 foot long white vinyl privacy fence and 8 arborvitae trees.
